Experience

Prior to joining Jobplex, Jill served as Executive Vice President of a boutique executive search firm for 14 years, where she launched and grew the retail practice into becoming a distinguished leader in its space. While her functional expertise in merchandising and marketing grew, Jill also became a generalist and preferred vendor for the world’s largest retailer.

Jill has worked across organizations placing Director, VP and SVP level leaders in design, data science, finance, fulfillment, supply chain, machine learning, marketing, merchandising, product management, operations, public relations, planning, creative, customer experience, systems, consumer electronics and global payments.

Previously, Jill had a successful career in retail, most notably as the Vice President of Merchandising for Retail Brand Alliance, the parent company of Brooks Brothers. A native New Yorker who has always had a love of fashion and style, Jill got her start in retail with ABC Carpet & Home before moving on to lead retail merchandising teams for large retail organizations for 12 years.

Jill earned an associate degree from New York University. Passionate about fitness, she holds Level 1 and Level 2 certifications in CrossFit.
