Jonathan Plourde

Experience

Jonathan has been in the executive search business for over 10 years. He specializes in solving talent challenges in the technology industry, by tapping into his vast network of candidates from the Director to President level.

Before joining DHR, he was Canada’s Founding Partner for a global, European based firm, where he built a team with a reputation for quality, professionalism and transparency serving customers across the country.

Over the years, Jonathan has served on the Board of Directors at various foundations and associations. He is Chairman of the Board for HEC Montreal University Alumni, representing over 100,000 alumni over the world. He has been invited to speak at the university on various topics including governance, talent management and human resources.

Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing, and Finance from HEC Montreal University.

Jonathan œuvre dans le domaine de la recherche de cadres depuis plus de 10 ans. Spécialisé dans la résolution des défis liés aux talents dans l’industrie de la technologie, il puise dans son vaste réseau de candidats du niveau directeur au niveau président.

Avant de se joindre à DHR Global, Jonathan a servi à titre d’associé directeur du Canada pour une entreprise européenne de gabarit mondial, où il a bâti une équipe orientée vers la qualité, le professionnalisme et la transparence au service des clients à travers le pays.

Au fil des ans, Jonathan a siégé sur les conseils d’administration de diverses fondations et associations. Il sert actuellement à titre de président du conseil d’administration de l’Association des diplômés de HEC Montréal, qui représente plus de 100 000 diplômés à travers le monde. Il a été invité à prendre la parole à l’université sur divers sujets, notamment pour discuter de gouvernance, de gestion des talents et de ressources humaines.

Jonathan est titulaire d’un baccalauréat en commerce, marketing et finance de l’Université HEC Montréal.
