During his 20-plus year career, Jorge has successfully completed searches for C-suite and other senior-level positions in diversity and inclusion, supply chain and operations, information technology, human resources, and sales and marketing.
Jorge’s search expertise spans many industries, including technology, manufacturing, financial services, aerospace, aviation and defense, and nonprofit. He also has international search experience, having worked for clients with a presence in Latin America and Europe.
Prior to DHR, Jorge was a Partner with Cabot Consultants, a five-time Forbes Best Executive Recruiting Firm, which joined the DHR platform in 2022. In addition to working for multiple leading, global executive search firms, he was instrumental in establishing the executive recruiting group at Countrywide Financial Corporation.
Jorge received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Southern California. Born and raised in Bolivia, he is fluent in Spanish.
