Experience

As a Director in the North American Private Equity & Commercial Growth Practices, Kate leads search execution on C-Suite and senior executive searches across numerous industries, including consumer, private equity, retail, and hospitality. She is skilled at identifying top talent across all functions for companies of all sizes, and has experience identifying and sourcing diverse talent. She joined DHR in 2016 after working at a boutique search firm for several years.

Prior to executive search, Kate has been responsible for managing Fortune 500 client accounts and has held managerial roles in marketing, advertising, public relations, and graphic design. She is known for high professional standards in serving clients and detail-oriented project management skills.

Kate earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Journalism from Miami University, Ohio. She also attended Boston University’s Mass Communication graduate program. She resides in the Chicagoland area with her husband and three children.
