Margaret is a Managing Partner of DHR, based in the Beijing office. She also participates in the growth of the firm’s leadership consulting business in Asia.

Margaret has spent more than 25 years in the financial industry holding various senior roles in corporate finance, capital markets and venture capital. She has advisory and executive search experience from top-tier global search firms where she provided consulting services to insurance companies, investment banks and other financial institutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Margaret worked with Hong Kong Exchanges Group (HKEX) as Managing Director. She served as Senior Banker for several global financial institutions including JPMorgan Chase, Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank and Bank of China covering commercial banking, investment banking and private banking business. Previously she was CEO of a mass media company in Hong Kong.

Margaret graduated from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor’s degree and obtained her Master of Business Administration from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
