Global executive search firm DHR International announces that Mike Moore has joined the firm as Partner in the Financial Services Practice. His primary focus will be in developing and enhancing DHR’s capabilities in the banking, credit union, and fintech industries.
Moore brings a deep understanding of the financial services and fintech spaces, along with nearly 15 years of executive recruiting experience, allowing him to effectively help clients align their business and talent strategies. His knowledge and experience provide significant value in the evaluation of candidates, ensuring only the best-suited are selected for consideration.

Moore has managed both C-level executive and professional-level searches for banks, credit unions, and fintech companies located across the country. Prior to joining DHR, he served as a managing consultant in the Financial Services Practice at Korn Ferry. Moore also founded and led Moore & Associates, a boutique executive search firm focused on recruiting across management and executive teams within the financial services and fintech industries.
During his 30-year career, Moore has held key roles in commercial and retail banking, including commercial lender and market president. In addition to his banking experience, Moore has held various executive roles with leading bank technology and technology research firms as bank consultant, head of product strategy, client partner, relationship manager, and project manager. His banking experience ranges from community banks to the largest banks in the U.S. as well as large international banks.
Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Central Florida.
