Lexy’s background includes a dual leadership role supporting people operations across both DHR and the broader portfolio of the Hoffmann Family of Companies. Lexy holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management Services from Indiana University, Bloomington, and lives in Indiana with her family.
