Alin has more than 30 years of leadership advisory experience, having entered executive search during the formative years of the EMEA market. He advises public and private sector organizations across growth markets on leadership through transformation, expansion, and renewal.
Alin has led senior-level mandates spanning C-suite appointments, divisional and regional leadership roles, and specialized functional searches across diverse cultural and functional environments. He is known for assessing leadership potential and aligning talent with long-term business strategy, working closely with clients to build resilient, high-performing executive teams.
Beyond his professional commitments, Alin is deeply engaged in community service. He serves as a Trustee of Hospice Romania—the region’s largest NGO dedicated to providing palliative care for terminally ill patients—where he supports organizational development through his experience, network, and commitment to social impact.
