Bill is a Managing Partner in DHR Global’s Life Sciences practice, serving medical device, diagnostics, equipment, and pharmaceutical organizations that range from emerging VC-backed startups to Fortune 100 corporations. He recruits executives and senior leaders across all functional areas, drawing on more than two decades spent on both the search and operations sides of the business.

Bill has more than 20 years of experience in executive search, human capital consulting, and talent management. He was a Founding Partner of Discovery Search Partners, where he oversaw business development and operations, prior to its acquisition by DHR Global. Before founding Discovery Search Partners, Bill managed global operations and finance for a major retained executive search firm, with responsibility for its North American Life Sciences, Consumer, and Industrial Products businesses.
Over the course of his search career, Bill has opened new offices in Boston and Atlanta, improved client retention, and refined the executive search process. He has also developed and delivered training programs covering all facets of executive search, including candidate development and assessment. That grounding in assessment shapes his approach to niche searches, where identifying the few candidates with the right experience matters most.
Bill received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University and completed graduate-level business coursework at the University of Delaware.
