DJ brings a proven track record in executive search, backed by a strong foundation in government policy and emerging technology. She brings rare insider fluency to each search segment, from understanding how power moves on Capitol Hill to navigating the regulatory and advocacy dynamics that influence high-growth industries. Her work focuses on leaders who can operate across complex policy, regulatory, and reputational issues, particularly in sectors where public affairs and commercial priorities intersect.
Before joining Jobplex, DJ was a Principal at DHR Global. Earlier in her career, she worked as an executive recruiter at a boutique executive search firm. She also held roles on Capitol Hill and with organizations that focused on technology, gaming, esports, education, and public affairs. Across these roles, she led and influenced high-profile strategic initiatives, including the U.S. State Department’s video game diplomacy program.
DJ earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Wake Forest University.
Before her career in executive search, DJ held positions at the Entertainment Software Association (ESA), GlassLab/LRNG—a joint venture between Electronic Arts and the MacArthur Foundation, Events DC as Head of Esports, and the nonprofit organization Games for Change.
