Experience

Frank serves as Partner in the Private Equity Practice Group and is also a member of the Human Resources Practice. An experienced operating company executive and private equity/venture capital investor, he brings a business leader’s perspective to executive search. With over 30 years of business experience, Frank focuses on recruiting multifaceted, high-visibility positions for public, private and private equity-owned companies as well as family offices.

Prior to joining DHR, Frank served as Partner at an executive search firm, where he specialized in executive and mid-level searches. Before that, he was Managing Partner with Starr Frame and President and CEO of Cx Precision Medicine, Inc. His background includes general management, sales, operations, finance, technology and other business aspects across a broad range of sectors and company sizes.

A US Navy Veteran, Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University. He is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). Serving as President of the Business Navigators, Frank dedicates his time to furthering the core values of servant leadership and trusted relationships through educational and charitable activities in the Dallas/Fort Worth community.
