With over a decade at the firm, Gabi leads internal People Operations, focusing on optimizing the employee experience and driving initiatives that strengthen DHR’s culture and organizational performance. She was instrumental in developing the firm’s wellness program, which earned Aetna’s “Make a Difference” Gold Award.
Gabi’s journey with DHR began in 2014 as an intern, after which she joined full-time as a Research Associate supporting the Consumer, Retail, and Industrial Practice Groups. In 2016, she transitioned to the Human Resources team as an HR Associate, where she focused on learning and development, internal recruiting, and onboarding. She was promoted in 2017 to HR Specialist, taking on responsibility for the firm’s benefits programs and launching its first formal wellness initiatives.
In 2019, Gabi returned to the research team as Director of North America Research, where she continued her work with People Operations while also began leading DHR’s Associate team and overseeing Jobplex operations in partnership with the firm’s CEO. Her contributions led to her promotion in 2022 to Senior Director of Global People Operations.
Gabi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese and enjoys life with her husband and their son, Luca.
