Ginny’s talent acquisition and executive search experience includes working with large-cap industrial energy, supply chain, manufacturing, and transportation companies, as well as private equity and venture capital-backed companies. She also has expertise in scaling early-stage to high-growth SaaS organizations.

Ginny’s deep proficiency in recruiting niche technical roles, along with her extensive discovery sessions and superior communication, complex problem-solving, relationship-building, and research skills, enable her to deliver top-tier candidates who drive success in their organizations and solve complex operational and technical challenges.

Prior to joining Jobplex, Ginny was Managing Partner at a talent acquisition consulting and retained search firm that specialized in solutions for venture capital and private equity-backed companies. She was also a talent acquisition advisor for multiple venture capital firms. Previously, she served as Head of Talent for a private equity group that included several high-growth energy and EnergyTech companies in its portfolio, including one of the largest water midstream companies in the U.S.

Ginny earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology and English from the University of Georgia. She is a Board Member of the Oklahoma Venture Forum and is staunchly dedicated to economic development across the Midcontinent.
