As a seasoned talent advisor, Kerrie has led hundreds of searches, spanning roles from Manager/Director to VP and C-suite positions. She is a member of the Jobplex executive team and plays a pivotal role in designing and managing internal L&D programs. Kerrie’s journey began as a Senior Associate at DHR Global, where she honed her expertise in executing searches within the advanced technology and industrial sectors.

Prior to joining Jobplex and DHR, Kerrie served as a consultant at a boutique executive search firm. She successfully executed business development campaigns, managed executive search assignments and focused on client engagement. Before transitioning to executive search, she helped establish intensive English programs within private schools in Bangkok. She also worked as a Business Development Executive at an IT consulting firm in New York City.

Kerrie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, minoring in economics from James Madison University where she played field hockey on a full scholarship and was head of the education committee for a professional business fraternity. She received her Master of Business Administration in International Business Practice from St. Mary’s University Twickenham in the U.K. Kerrie is a dual citizen of the United States and the U.K.
