Experience

Kristi brings nearly 30 years of experience partnering with organizations that range from privately held and investor-backed companies to large, publicly traded enterprises. Her work spans consumer products, retail, and hospitality, with additional depth in outdoor and recreation, health and wellness, and franchise organizations.

She’s one of the firm’s top-performing consultants and has been recognized by a national business publication as one of the Top 25 Most Influential Women Industry Leaders. Earlier in her career, Kristi held a senior partner role at an international executive search firm, where she earned multiple global performance awards, including recognition for client satisfaction across the Americas.

Kristi earned a bachelor’s degree from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
