Kristi LeBlanc is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Global Consumer Practice Group. She joined DHR in 2008 and served as DHR’s North American Consumer Practice Leader for 12 years before being named as the Global Consumer Practice Leader in 2021.

For 25 years, Kristi has been retained at the CEO, board and officer level for the world’s most prominent and innovative consumer and retail and hospitality brands within public, private and private equity companies. One of DHR’s top performing consultants, Kristi has also been recognized by the Business Journal as one of the Top 25 Most Influential Women Industry Leaders and has received numerous awards for excellence in executive search throughout her career.

Prior to joining DHR, Kristi served as Managing Partner, Global Consumer, Retail & Hospitality for another global retained executive search firm, also serving as a member of that firm’s Global Operating Committee. Previously, Kristi spent nine years at a leading global executive search firm where she was a Senior Partner. During her tenure there, Kristi received both of the firm’s most prestigious global performance awards.

Kristi graduated with honors from Syracuse University’s highly acclaimed S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Originally from Los Angeles, California, she resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband and three children.
