Madanjit brings more than 30 years of leadership experience, advising boards, CEOs, founders, and investors on growth, leadership, and business transformation. His career spans enterprise technology, software, financial technology, and data-driven businesses, where he led regional expansion, built commercial organizations, and developed strategic partnerships across diverse markets.
Known for his extensive work throughout the Asia-Pacific region, Madanjit is an advisor to leadership teams that are navigating growth, succession, and organizational change. He brings firsthand experience working with founder-led companies, family offices, private equity stakeholders, and corporate boards.
Before joining DHR, Madanjit was CEO and co-founder of a Singapore-based advisory firm, where he advised founders and leadership teams on growth, market expansion, and business building across Asia. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions across enterprise software, cloud technology, data analytics, and financial technology organizations.
Madanjit earned an executive Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia and a bachelor’s degree from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. He’s also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and a Member of Singapore Institute of Directors (SID).
