Mark advises companies navigating new investment, expansion, founder transitions, and ownership changes. His executive search experience includes Bleacher Report, TeamSnap, Kitman Labs, and onX.
His sports technology focus spans athlete performance and data analytics, fan engagement and media, betting technology, and the software platforms that power sports businesses. He collaborates with DHR colleagues on product, engineering, and data/AI leadership searches.
Before joining DHR, Mark spent 17 years at a venture-focused executive search firm, advancing from Associate to Partner and partnering with more than 50 venture-backed and growth-stage companies. He later co-founded a regenerative agriculture business, gaining firsthand experience with the hiring, commercial, and operating decisions founders face.
Mark is a UCLA alumnus who played NCAA football and club ice hockey.
