Before joining DHR Global, Pierre-Jean held the position of Vice President at an Asian boutique executive search firm in Tokyo and Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was based in Japan, where he worked as a consultant overseeing retail and consumer recruitment for one of the country’s leading executive search firms. This experience provided him with valuable insights into the Asian market and the specific needs of fast-growing organizations

Originally from Paris, Pierre-Jean holds a master’s degree in international business from Grenoble School of Management in France. In his private time, Pierre-Jean is an avid BJJ practitioner, is passionate about Neapolitan tailoring and enjoys discovering new wines.
