Bob is a Partner in DHR’s Atlanta office. His areas of focus include consumer, board and diversity. Bob has over 30 years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods and professional services industries and expertise in sales, marketing, strategic planning and human resources.

Experience

Prior to executive search, Bob held senior positions at Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods and Conagra Brands. Before he joined DHR, he was President of Puroast Coffee.

Bob serves on the board of directors for State Auto Financial Corporation and has previously served on the boards of other publicly traded companies, including CoolBrands, Inc., Natural Golf and Calgene, Inc. He is a National Association of Corporate Directors Governance Fellow and was a Captain in the United States Air Force.

Bob serves on The Carter Center Board of Councilors in Atlanta and the Make-A-Wish Georgia board of directors. He has also served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations including the Omaha Boys and Girls Club and the United Way of Greater Cincinnati. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Columbia University. He and his wife live in Atlanta and have two adult daughters.
