Sarah served as a Partner for BluEra until DHR acquired the firm in September 2016. Previously, she was a Partner at a global talent advisory firm for 10 years, working in the global industrial market with a focus on the energy sector. She worked in sales roles with Sprint Canada and later joined a financial services consulting firm as an Account Executive, Branch Manager and Division Director.

Sarah served on the SCMA Alberta board of directors. She was a member of the United Way’s Women’s Initiative, Chair of Junior Achievement of Southern Alberta and board member for Junior Achievement of Canada. She was also involved with the initiation and laureate selection process for the Calgary Business Hall of Fame and was a founding member of the “I am Powerful” Calgary Council for CARE Canada.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of Alberta. She completed the Advanced Program for Executive Search Consulting from Cornell University and holds an ICD.D designation having completed the Directors Education program through the Institute of Corporate Directors.
