Experience

Born and raised in South Africa, Stacey has since lived and worked across Europe, North America and now Asia — giving her a natural ability to recalibrate her approach depending on client context, culture and commercial reality. She spent more than a decade at two of the established Big Five leadership consulting firms, advising boards, CEOs and senior leaders across a diverse range of organisations and ownership structures on executive search, leadership consulting and organisational effectiveness.

Stacey also served as Chief Talent Officer for the UK’s second-largest employer during a period of significant transformation requiring critical organisational and leadership change. In that role, she held enterprise accountability spanning succession governance, executive hiring, leadership development, DE&I, employee engagement and next-generation talent planning.

This combination of top-tier advisory credentials and hands-on enterprise leadership gives Stacey a distinctive perspective — and a focus on ensuring that solutions are genuinely tailored to each client’s circumstances, commercially grounded, and built to create lasting impact.

Stacey holds a Masters in International Economics and Business (cum laude) from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Econometrics and an Honours degree in International Trade and Finance from the University of Johannesburg in South Africa. She is a native English speaker with proficiency in both Afrikaans and Dutch.
