He also serves as a member of the North American Operating Committee. Recognized consistently for excellence in delivery, Steve has driven several hundred C-suite placements since 2005, earning a reputation among his clients for his execution, growth orientation, and deep business acumen.
His expertise is built on a dynamic trajectory within the firm. Rising through the ranks, he initially joined DHR as an Associate in executive recruiting and worked his way up to lead the St. Louis office, gaining valuable market insights during his time working in Chicago and London.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He also attended St. Louis University, where he was a member of the varsity soccer team. He lives in St. Louis with his wife and their four children.
