Steve executes C-suite and direct report searches for PE-backed companies from the middle market to the Fortune 500. He specializes in leading searches for founder-led portfolio companies of private equity firms with a concentration in human resources, finance and commercial roles. Steve has consistently been recognized for excellence in delivery, driving several hundred placements since 2005.
Rising through the ranks at DHR, Steve started as an Associate in executive recruiting and worked his way up to the role of Managing Partner of the St. Louis office. He spent time in Chicago and London before landing in St. Louis. His clients value his execution, growth orientation and business acumen.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. He also attended St. Louis University, where he was a member of the varsity soccer team. He lives in St. Louis with his wife and their four children.
