Full Bio

Prior to joining DHR, Sussannah was Managing Director with a global executive search firm. She brings an executive perspective to every client engagement, having served as CHRO with MDS Proteomics, NCR Canada, Rogers Communications, Amdahl, Bank of Montreal, Lloyds Bank and Johnson & Johnson.

Sussannah was a founding member of the Human Resources Software Council of Canada, ShEO and Career Edge, and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, INNET and IWF. She was also a board member of Nightwood Theatre, the Ontario Breast Cancer Foundation, West Park Board of Governors, The Royal Ontario Museum Foundation and the Toronto Human Resources Professional Association.

Sussannah served as Chair of the 2011 YWCA Women of Distinction Award and is a contributor to Diversity Magazine. She is a popular keynote and media speaker on topics including talent diversity, succession management, networking, Canada’s “brain gain” and effective cultural transformation. She holds an Executive Management Diploma from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College.
