With more than 30 years of real estate executive search experience, Marty identifies strategic talent capable of seizing opportunities that contribute to clients’ profitable growth. He provides counsel to many clients who seek his guidance in talent acquisition and management.
As one of the few truly global real estate search professionals, Marty executes searches for clients in the U.S., Europe, Australia, Asia, China and Latin America. Having successfully completed over 90% of the 750+ searches he has executed, clients include prominent REITs, private equity real estate companies, public and private operating companies, asset management companies, advisory, development, construction and pension fund companies.
Marty earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Florida. He served as a Naval Aviator in the U.S. Naval Air Corps, and having attained the rank of Lieutenant Commander, he served on active duty in the South Pacific, Vietnam and Japan. Marty is an active member of The Real Estate Roundtable, the Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center, the Pension Real Estate Association and the National Association of Real Estate Trusts. He sits on the real estate board of directors for the University of Florida.
