CHARLOTTE, Mar. 21, 2022 – Amara Kea joins DHR Global as a Partner in the firm’s Charlotte, NC office. Amara will serve as a key Partner in the firm’s continued expansion into the Carolinas. With her diverse experience, she will be supporting growth in a variety of practices, including retail, private equity, and hospitality industries.
Amara brings over 20 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales with Fortune 500 Companies, international boutique product providers, national firms, and nonprofit organizations. As business partnership specialist with a unique ability to cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders, she helps clients define objectives and implement strategies to reach their goals.

Prior to joining DHR Global, Amara spent over seven years at an executive search firm specializing in nonprofit and health organizations. She managed and developed hundreds of relationships focusing on developing, servicing, and retaining client relationships, while providing an exceptional, collaborative experience building high-performing leadership teams.
Amara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Spanish from University of North Carolina, as well as a graduate degree in gemology from Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, CA.
