MUMBAI, INDIA (June 27, 2024) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announces that Brian Cabral has joined the firm as Associate Partner in the Technology Practice Group, based in Mumbai, India. In this role, he will lead CEO and other executive searches and advise clients to align talent with their overall strategies, assess their leadership teams, and plan for CEO succession.
Mr. Cabral has more than two decades of executive search experience that encompasses IT and IT-enabled services, advanced technology, and digital. Additionally, he’s advised clients in the building materials, retail, consumer, and market research sectors.
Before joining DHR, Mr. Cabral was Executive Director of a leading Indian executive search and talent advisory firm, where he recruited a broad range of senior executives in product, engineering, strategy, operations, general management, sales and marketing, human resources, and finance for privately held and publicly traded firms.

Mr. Cabral earned a bachelor’s degree in production engineering from Nagpur University and a diploma in mechanical engineering from Mumbai University.
