CALGARY, May 3, 2022 – DHR Global announces the promotion of Bryan Arthur to Managing Partner, Canada.
Previously serving as Managing Partner, Western Canada, Mr. Arthur has led DHR’s Calgary operations to success since joining the firm six years ago. In this elevated role, he will continue to drive growth by strengthening existing markets including Calgary, Montreal, and Toronto, while strategically expanding the company’s footprint throughout the country.

Mr. Arthur came to DHR in 2016, when the company acquired BluEra, the boutique executive search firm he was leading as Managing Partner. He has dedicated his career to helping companies solve complex talent and hiring challenges across multiple sectors and international locations.

Mr. Arthur received a DHR Managing Partner of the Year award in 2019 and a Rookie of the Year award in 2016, his first year with the company. He served a two-year term on DHR’s North American Executive Committee from 2019 to 2021, where he advised on a variety of topics across operations and strategy.
Mr. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a Chartered Professional Human Resources designation, and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Search Consulting from Cornell University. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Vertigo Theatre, Kids Cancer Care of Southern Alberta, and the Association for Corporate Growth.
