DHR and Jobplex Strengthen Nonprofit Expertise with Addition of Three Partners in North America

NEW YORK – Global Executive Search firm DHR International and its wholly-owned Emerging Leader Search firm Jobplex are pleased to announce the expansion of the North American Nonprofit Practice Group with three new Partners. The Nonprofit Practice is broadening its capacity to serve the diverse needs of the field with the addition of Sara Garlick Lundberg in New York City and Soladé Rowe and Renato Amador in Washington, D.C.

headshot SLundberg, 2020 bw.jpgAccording to James Abruzzo, Global Head, Nonprofit Practice, “Sara Garlick Lundberg, who joined the firm toward the end of 2020, brings years of nonprofit executive search experience, particularly the fields of women’s rights, health, and social justice.” Sara joined DHR after four years with a specialty, nonprofit executive search firm in Manhattan. Prior she worked as a nonprofit executive and development director. “Sara’s understanding of contemporary issues facing the sector, combined with her depth of experience, serves DHR clients in this growth area of the sector,” stated Abruzzo.

SoladeRowe_400x400.jpgSoladé Rowe brings his decades of experience as a nonprofit executive recruiter for engagements with social justice organizations, many of which have focused on the African American and LGBTQ communities. He also brings to the nonprofit practice his experience as a DEI specialist who has consulted with nonprofits and industry. He serves as a strategic advisor supporting firm-wide diversity initiatives for DHR International.

According to Abruzzo, “Soladé’s breadth of experience complements our team. We are called upon to continue our efforts recruiting diverse leaders to nonprofit organizations, and we are also challenged to present diverse perspectives to our clients. We are pleased to leverage his years of corporate talent management and nonprofit recruitment. In my roles as Head of Nonprofit Leadership Consulting and as Global Head of DHR’s nonprofit search practice, I look forward to partnering with him to strengthen the sector.”
