DHR International’s Future Ready Leaders series asks CEOs and other top executives what it takes to be a successful leader now and as we prepare for the future.
George Azih, CEO & Founder of LeaseQuery, talks to DHR about how he has created a sense of inclusion for his team and how when creating Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, you need to reach out to get feedback on what you don’t know:
“We thought we had come up with a parenting plan that was fair and equal to everyone. And just as we were about to release it, I realized that we did not include any perspectives from the LGBTQ community. So, I went and sought some. Based on that feedback, we scratched the entire plan and came up with something that we felt was right.”
