CHICAGO– Global Search firm DHR International is pleased to announce that Jennifer (Carroll) Finger has joined as Partner based in their Chicago global headquarters.
Finger will build on her extensive experience in executive search and leadership assessment advising a diverse portfolio of growth centric organizations, ranging in size, scale and ownership, and all with a core strategic goal of world-class customer understanding and engagement. The breadth of cross-industry leadership work includes CEO, Divisional President, Chief Marketing Officer and Customer Experience Officer engagements, as well as a host of customer-driven roles in Digital, Media, Consumer Insights, Innovation, MarTech, Data Analytics, Marketing/Market Research, Business Intelligence, Product Development, Strategy, Brand Planning and Advertising.
Previously, Finger spent 15 years with Korn Ferry International with concentration on the Global Consumer/Retail and Marketing Services industries, while also a core member of the Financial Services and Insurance Chief Marketing Officer Practice. Earlier in her career, Finger managed multiple assessment related RPO engagements with the Olsten Corporation, primarily serving the global telecommunications industry, as well as working for start-up creative and digital design recruiting firm, Computer Graphic Resources.
Finger received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Marquette University including the Fulbright Commission Exchange Program in London, England.
