FRANKFURT (November 10, 2020) – Global executive search firm DHR International is pleased to announce Johannes Suciu has rejoined DHR as Managing Partner in the Private Equity practice group. He will be based in the firm’s Frankfurt, Germany office.
Johannes first joined DHR in 2009 as Executive Vice President. In 2016 he decided to pursue talent acquisition work in-house at a number of organisations. This marks Suciu’s return to DHR, where he will work to fully implement and expand DHR Private Equity practice throughout Europe.
A highly experienced talent consultant, Suciu has served leading, global, and regional companies across their European businesses. An experienced executive search professional, he has a demonstrated history of working in the MedTech, Biotech, Pharma, CMO, Dental, Chemistry industries. With a strong track record in consulting, executive search, executive coaching, technical recruiting, and mergers & acquisitions.
Johannes was Executive Vice President at DHR from 2009-2015, where he developed and built DHR’s Finance presence in Europe, working across regions to establish global accounts. Over the course of his 25-year career, Johannes has also held leadership positions with top international executive search firms, as well as boutique consulting firms. He began his professional career working as a scientist focusing on organizational psychology research projects for the German government.
Before Suciu moved into executive search, he worked in a German consulting boutique where he was responsible for Human Resources assessment, training, and development for clients within the Real Estate and Automotive Industry. He began his professional career working as a scientist in organisation institutional psychology research, projects for the German government.
Suciu holds a master’s in social psychology and statistics from the University of Frankfurt. He is multilingual and speaks German, Romanian, English, and Italian fluently.
