For more than 20 years Cyd has been a successful search consultant with a focus on C-suite recruitment in nonprofit, higher education and healthcare. Clients include College for Creative Studies, Cornell College, Detroit Public Television, Detroit Riverfront Conservancy, eiNetwork, Grand Valley State University, Henry Ford Health System, Michigan Nonprofit Association, Matrix Human Services, Michigan Science Center and The War Memorial.
Prior to joining DHR, Cyd served as Managing Director at a global executive search firm. Before that, she was Vice President of Business Process Improvement for National TechTeam, a provider of comprehensive, knowledge-based support solutions and a Systems Engineer at IBM.
Cyd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College. She is active with many of the nonprofit clients she serves.
