Disha serves as Senior Director, APAC Research and Operations and Associate Partner in DHR’s Mumbai office. Disha has over 15 years of executive search experience and is an integral part of the Banking, Financial Services and Financial Technology Practices.

Experience

Disha manages the firm’s rapidly growing delivery team to ensure efficient delivery of client searches. She partners closely with DHR’s executive search consultants, supporting the firm’s Asian footprint spanning across nine cities in seven countries. She is also a part of the Global Operations Team, responsible for process transformation, team development and employee wellness benefits.

Her journey with DHR began in 2014, and since then she has been instrumental in building the diversity, robotics, artificial intelligence, transformation and re-engineering verticals for our e-commerce, payments, analytics and automation clients. Prior to joining DHR, she was a Financial Services Consultant with Executive Access Hong Kong Group.

Disha is certified in marketing by the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and holds a master’s degree in business administration from IBS.
