Gerardo is a strategic and results-driven brand ambassador with a proven ability to build relationships with a purpose. Having lived and worked in Europe, Latin America and North America, he can easily navigate between organizations’ different cultural nuances and their talent needs. Gerardo brings significant experience to his board search capabilities, having served in a wide array of board roles himself.
Previously, Gerardo was Managing Partner for a boutique search firm leading searches in Mexico and the U.S. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honors from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan (CCS).
Currently, he serves as an Independent Board Member for private companies; Committee VP for CIEES Schoenstatt; Board VP for Formando Emprendedores Sociales ABP; Advisory Alumni Member for CCS in Detroit; Advisory Board for “enlace” and for the Organizational Development Bachelor of Arts both at Tec de Monterrey.
