John is a Managing Partner based out of the firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Education and Legal Practice Groups. Combining his legal background and expertise in talent acquisition and organizational advisory, John helps clients across industries achieve their strategic goals and objectives.

In more than 24 years of executive search experience, John has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality client service and professionalism in his work with the C-suite and beyond, including roles in general management, legal, finance, human resources, operations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. The depth and breadth of his client representation and advisory background centers on empowering and enabling leaders and organizations to reach their full potential and make a positive impact on the world.

Prior to joining DHR, John was a Senior Client Partner for a global organizational consulting firm serving global Fortune 500 corporations, colleges and universities, non-profits, and other major public and private organizations. Earlier in his career, he served as General Counsel for a legal support service company.

John earned a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
