Experience

Prior to entering executive search, Kevin was with L3 Technologies as Vice President and CHRO where he developed a comprehensive talent management strategy centered around a new leadership model, diversity needs and an entrepreneurial business environment. He revamped HRIS talent management systems, recruitment strategy, succession planning, executive compensation and leadership assessment and development. He was also involved in M&A due diligence, integration and divestiture.

Earlier in his career, Kevin served as Senior Director and Business Partner for Rockwell Collins in the Commercial Avionics Systems business leading recruitment strategy, organizational development, succession planning, mentoring and acquisition integration. He was also Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, filling over 4,000 operations, engineering, IT and management roles per year while leading corporate succession planning and high-potential development.

Kevin holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa, where he serves on the board of trustees.
