Mark recruits CEOs, country managers, board directors and other senior executives across consumer markets and life sciences. He has completed more than 200 placements spanning commercial, corporate and operational leadership.
Before joining DHR, Mark spent nearly 19 years with a global executive search firm, advancing through senior leadership roles focused on consumer markets and life sciences. He led the firm’s Seoul office for seven years before returning to a partner role dedicated to executive search in his core sectors.
Earlier, Mark spent more than a decade with a major Korean consumer group, leading work in corporate planning, business development and investor relations. His early career also included roles in foreign exchange and aviation fuel sales—experience that gives him perspective from both the client and advisor sides of the table.
Mark earned an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Yonsei University in Seoul.
