Megan’s client base spans multiple industries including Engineered and Industrial products, Automotive, Chemicals, Industrial Services, and Transportation with a functional focus in Human Resources, Operations, Commercial Growth, Finance, and General Management roles.

Earlier in her career, Megan held various HR and recruiting positions, in established and start-up organizations, including Motorola, across its automotive and communications sectors in both Chicago and Detroit. She also instituted an executive recruiting function for Walgreens.

Megan received her master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
