Megan successfully engages new leaders to enable continued growth for her clients across global mid-market and large-cap public, private, and PE-backed companies. She is regarded by her clients as a trustworthy and dedicated strategic partner who brings results-oriented solutions to their toughest talent and leadership challenges, enabling the development of diverse, high performing teams and long-term client relationships.
Megan’s client base spans multiple industries including Engineered and Industrial products, Automotive, Chemicals, Industrial Services, and Transportation with a functional focus in Human Resources, Operations, Commercial Growth, Finance, and General Management roles.
Earlier in her career, Megan held various HR and recruiting positions, in established and start-up organizations, including Motorola, across its automotive and communications sectors in both Chicago and Detroit. She also instituted an executive recruiting function for Walgreens.
Megan received her master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
