Stefan has extensive experience in the aerospace, manufacturing, automotive, energy and e-commerce industries in an international environment. He has successfully recruited senior leaders and executives for a wide range of clients in several major industries. He has completed searches for mid-sized, owner-managed businesses, as well as for directors and executive boards of groups and private equity companies.

Stefan is a trusted adviser to boards of directors, advisory boards and shareholders and helps manage client companies and form committees.

Stefan studied psychology and computer science with a focus on organizational psychology and diagnostics at the University of Saarland. He is fluent in German and English.
