Experience

Susan works with organizations ranging from emerging, founder-led companies to established global enterprises and private equity-backed businesses. She brings more than 12 years of executive search experience across the consumer landscape, with a focus on retail and a growing emphasis on health and wellness. She partners with organizations to identify leaders who can drive brand relevance, accelerate growth, and navigate shifting consumer expectations. She is particularly focused on leaders who can translate consumer insight into meaningful brand connection and sustained growth.

Prior to joining DHR Global, Susan was a Partner with Jobplex, a DHR Global company, where she worked closely with clients across the consumer sector. During her tenure, she built strong relationships with founders, investors, and executive teams, becoming a trusted advisor to brands at critical moments of growth and transformation.

Earlier in her career, Susan held senior leadership roles in talent acquisition at Fortune 500 organizations, where she built leadership teams across multiple business units. She has extensive knowledge across key functions, including marketing, merchandising, planning, finance, and human resources.

Susan earned a master’s degree from Fordham University and a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College.
