A member of the Board & CEO practice, Ayman has over 30 years of experience in management consulting, CEO roles and board membership. He was previously a Managing Partner with a global leadership advisory firm focusing on senior-level advisory assignments in the Middle East. His experience in building Boards and leadership teams spans the financial services, private equity, sovereign wealth funds and advanced technology sectors. He is a Founder and former Governor of the GCC Board of Directors Institute aimed at raising the corporate governance bar in the region.
Prior to his career in executive search, Ayman worked as a Consultant for Accenture and a Partner for PwC in Europe and the Middle East. He was the CEO of a holding group with assets in the consumer and real estate industries, helping it expand its core business, diversify its portfolio of assets and implement best practices at the holding level.
Ayman is a board member of several businesses and associations. He holds a Master of Business Administration with high honors from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a master’s degree with high distinction in computer engineering from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne in France. He is fluent in French, Arabic and English.
