LAS VEGAS (April 11, 2023) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announces that Andrea Bricca has joined the firm as Managing Partner of the Las Vegas market. Her appointment adds another market to DHR’s continually growing presence throughout the country and the globe.
While Bricca’s placements are cross-industry, her search experience in gaming and hospitality includes working with companies that provide associated technologies. She works closely with practice leaders across the organization and leverages her background having placed high-caliber talent, with companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100.

Bricca brings over 20 years of senior-level search experience. Prior to joining DHR, she served as a Partner with an executive search firm focused on matching law firms and corporations with elite lawyers and legal professionals. Previously, she served as a Recruiter with one of California’s top legal search firms. Bricca has been trained in the use of several work behavior assessments.
Additionally, Bricca spent 11 years with AlliedSignal, Inc. (now Honeywell), where she developed legal and business expertise as Manager of Ethics and Business Conduct in the company’s Los Angeles aerospace division and in congressional relations and marketing for the government relations office in Washington, D.C. She also worked extensively with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

Bricca earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in journalism from the University of Maryland. She holds an Ethics in the Workplace Certificate from Josephson Institute on Ethics; a Managing Ethics in Organizations Certificate from Bentley College; and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from AlliedSignal Aerospace Six Sigma Academy; graduated from the AlliedSignal HR University and was recognized with AlliedSignal Premier Achievement Award for Excellence in Finance. She is an alumna of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Las Vegas Program and is active in the local philanthropic community.
