Based in London, McCormack will help boards, CEOs and private equity investors appoint senior operating and functional leaders across transportation, logistics, aviation, travel, and supply chain.
He brings experience from both sides of the hiring process. McCormack has led executive search mandates as a partner and firm co-founder. He has also built global executive hiring strategies as an in-house talent acquisition leader at leading logistics companies, including Maersk and CEVA Logistics. He applies AI and new technologies in practical ways to deliver faster, better-informed searches for clients.

Before joining DHR, McCormack was a Partner at a specialist executive search firm, where his work also extended into airport services. Before that, he co-founded a global executive search firm in the sector and served as its Managing Partner. Earlier in his career, he held senior in-house talent acquisition leadership roles with Maersk, CEVA Logistics, and EV Cargo. There he led executive hiring strategy and talent acquisition initiatives on a global scale and managed large teams. That work put him alongside C-suite executives in private equity-backed organizations and gave him a firsthand understanding of both the strengths and the challenges of the executive search process.
