Press Releases

CHICAGO, IL – June 2, 2026 – DHR Global, a premier talent advisory firm, today announced it has been named to Inc. Magazine’s 2026 Best Workplaces list. This marks the fifth consecutive year DHR has received the prestigious national workplace recognition, honoring companies that have built exceptional workplaces and vibrant cultures that support their teams and businesses.

Achieving this milestone places DHR among a select group of organizations that have demonstrated a sustained commitment to workplace excellence over time, with only approximately 1% of Inc. Best Workplaces honorees earning the recognition for five or more consecutive years.

“At DHR, culture is not separate from performance. The way we support our people directly impacts how we serve clients, collaborate globally, and continue growing as a firm,” said Priya Taneja, CEO of DHR Global. “Earning this recognition five years in a row is meaningful because it reflects sustained investment in our people and the experience they have working here every day.”

The firm is the only top 50 executive search and talent advisory firm to receive this honor for five straight years. DHR continues to stand out for its consistent focus on engagement, with 97% of survey respondents reporting they are “engaged” or “highly engaged.”

For the fifth consecutive year, employees described DHR’s culture in one word: “collaborative.” Survey comments underscore the company’s strengths:

  • I love the people, the environment, how they care… It will definitely take more than money to make me move to another organization.”
  • “The culture is collaborative, caring, motivating, and transparent… It is a very exciting time to work at DHR.”
  • “DHR is always evolving and adjusting to employee needs. I feel I have had so many opportunities here and can take control of where I want my career to go.”
  • “Senior leaders are always curious and are determined to make DHR better and better year after year.”
  • “I am so proud to be here and to work alongside of such effective coworkers and leaders.”
  • “DHR is a progressive employer leading the way with Culture and a People-first mentality. We practice what we preach to our clients and show up as a role model for other search firms to follow.”

Inc. partners with Quantum Workplace to administer a comprehensive employee survey that covers issues such as leadership, benefits, culture, and engagement. The award is the result of comprehensive measurement and evaluation of hundreds of applicants.

The recognition adds to a series of workplace and industry honors for the firm. DHR has also been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms for 10 consecutive years and recently earned five stars from Newsweek as one of America’s Greatest Midsize Workplaces for Culture and one of America’s Greatest Midsize Workplaces for Women.
