Executive Vice President, Operations

As Executive Vice President of Operations, Priya plays an integral role in day-to-day firm operations and oversees all human resources, recruiting and research, and administrative functions at DHR Global and Jobplex. In addition, she serves as chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee, leading and supporting employees to create a culture of inclusion, integrity and respect.

Experience

Priya was instrumental in developing Life @ DHR, a comprehensive benefits program designed to motivate, retain and engage the firm’s valued support team members. She is also an active member in the firm’s Executive Leadership Council.

Prior to her role as EVP, Priya was Vice President of Global Human Resources responsible for leading the firms overall human resources strategy including policy design, organizational and cultural development, employee engagement and wellness, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. She spearheaded development of the firm’s first wellness program to promote healthy living and work life balance for all employees.

Before joining DHR in 2013, Priya held various HR roles with the most recent being HR Consultant at Rush University Medical Center where she was responsible for working with the leadership team in process improvement, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management and employee engagement. In addition, she has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including compliance reporting and benefits redesign.

Priya holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University and is a member of Society for Human Resources Management. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two sons.
