Priya oversees day-to-day operations and ensures that the firm is running efficiently and effectively. She works closely with other members of the senior leadership team to implement operational plans and strategies to support the achievement of overall business objectives.

With over a decade of service, Priya has been integral to the firm’s success, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership and deep industry understanding.

Her efforts have been particularly impactful in employee development and engagement, where she has spearheaded initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and align with the firm’s strategic goals. Under Priya’s guidance, these initiatives have translated into tangible successes for DHR. DHR has won several awards for its service and culture, including being named an Inc. Best Places to Work winner for two consecutive years, in 2022 and 2023, and most recently, earning a spot in Newsweek’s Excellence 1000 index.

Prior to her role as COO, Priya was Executive Vice President, Operations and, before that, Vice President of Global Human Resources. Before joining DHR in 2013, Priya held various HR roles with the most recent being HR Consultant at Rush University Medical Center where she was responsible for working with the leadership team in process improvement, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management and employee engagement. In addition, she has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including compliance reporting and benefits redesign.

Priya serves on the Global Executive Leadership Committee and is the Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council.

Priya holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University and completed the Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management Finance for Executives Program. She was the recipient of DHR’s Leadership Award in 2022.
