Priya oversees day-to-day operations and ensures that the firm is running efficiently and effectively. She works closely with other members of the senior leadership team to implement operational plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business objectives.

Experience

Priya was instrumental in developing Life @ DHR, a comprehensive benefits program designed to motivate, retain and engage the firm’s valued support team members. Priya is passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment that supports employee engagement and retention. She serves on the Global Executive Leadership Committee and is the Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council.

Priya also develops and executes human resource strategy, specifically in the areas of change management, talent development and management, organizational and performance management, learning and development, and compensation. She provides overall leadership and guidance to develop plans that align with the organization’s mission in creating a healthy and inclusive corporate culture. She spearheaded the development of the firm’s award-winning global wellness program, which promotes healthy living and work-life balance for all employees.

Prior to her role as EVP, Priya was Vice President of Global Human Resources. Before joining DHR in 2013, Priya held various HR roles with the most recent being HR Consultant at Rush University Medical Center where she was responsible for working with the leadership team in process improvement, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management and employee engagement. In addition, she has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including compliance reporting and benefits redesign.

Priya holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University and completed the Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management Finance for Executives Program. She was the recipient of DHR’s Leadership Award in 2022.
