Press Releases

CHICAGO (JUNE 18, 2024) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list for the third consecutive year. As one of the most prestigious national workplace recognition programs, the list represents a comprehensive measurement of companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture.

As a three-time winner, DHR is in esteemed company, joining an exclusive group of 73 businesses that have consistently secured this honor over three successive years, spanning from 2022 to 2024. 97% of DHR’s team members who completed the survey are “engaged” or “highly engaged,” a fact underscored by the firm’s impressive average tenure of its employees, which is 6.4 years.

“It’s an honor to be recognized once again,” said DHR CEO Geoff Hoffmann. “Being named to the 2024 list validates our commitment to providing an environment in which our employees thrive and feel valued. This accomplishment is a great source of pride for us, and we remain dedicated to maintaining a workplace that inspires and supports our team.”

DHR joins 543 honorees who were selected from thousands of submissions based on the quality of employee responses to an independent survey from Quantum Workplace. The survey asked employees to weigh in on a variety of topics, including company culture, benefits, and engagement. The results showed that “collaboration” best describes DHR’s work environment for the third year running.

DHR employees provided optional responses to the survey with feedback that included the following:

  • “This is a fantastic company to work for. My manager is a fantastic leader, and she makes sure we’re fully supported, held accountable, and have a good work-life balance. She also cares for us as people, which is something most of corporate America is missing today.”
  • “What sets DHR apart is the personalized training I receive, which ensures I never feel like a cog in the machine. Additionally, I appreciate the challenging opportunities that continuously push me to grow.”
  • “DHR is truly a best place to work. They provide every employee with opportunities for growth and development, while also treating each team member as an individual.”

“The survey overwhelmingly revealed that collaboration sits at the heart of DHR’s culture,” said Priya Taneja, DHR’s Chief Operating Officer. “Our team thrives on working together to consistently surpass expectations – not just for our clients and candidates, but for one another as well.”

DHR has received recognition for its client service, culture, and employee well-being through Forbes America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms list (2020-2024), Aetna Workplace Well-Being Award (2021- 2023), and Newsweek Excellence 1000 Index (2024). DHR is one of the top 10 largest, fastest-growing executive search firms in North America, as recognized by Hunt Scanlon Media.
