LOS ANGELES (Sept. 2, 2026) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global today announced that Justin Menkes, Ph.D., has been promoted to Managing Partner, Leadership Consulting. In his expanded role, Menkes will lead and grow the firm’s executive assessment offerings, overseeing strategic direction, market positioning, and performance.
In this elevated role, Menkes will continue to help clients make more confident leadership decisions by advancing DHR’s assessment capabilities and expanding the impact of Leader Lens, the firm’s proprietary executive assessment solution. He will partner with clients and search teams to provide deeper insight into executive potential, leadership fit, and readiness for critical C-suite roles. Menkes will also help extend this expertise across the firm by coaching team members in assessment interpretation and application, ensuring clients benefit from a consistent, research-based perspective in DHR’s work with senior leaders and boards.
