CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA (Sept. 1, 2026) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global today announced the promotion of Mike Gagliardi to Managing Partner. He specializes in the Consumer, Hospitality/Restaurants, and Private Equity Practices, focusing on placing commercial leaders in consumer and commercial services companies.
Gagliardi joined DHR in 2016 on the research and execution team, where he worked as a Senior Associate before moving into client-facing and business development roles. He went on to earn successive promotions to Principal, Associate Partner and Partner before being promoted to Managing Partner. His progression reflects a decade of expanding responsibility, strong client relationships, and the steady growth of his executive search practice.

With more than 15 years of executive search experience, Gagliardi works with organizations ranging from private equity-backed businesses to publicly traded Fortune 500 companies. He recruits C-suite and senior executives across finance, marketing, human resources, operations, sales, and development.

Earlier in his career, he worked for a boutique executive search firm specializing in the sports, media and entertainment industries. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston. Gagliardi lives in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, with his wife and three children.
