PHILADELPHIA (July 27, 2023) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global is pleased to announce that Peter Blau has been promoted to Managing Partner, Global Healthcare Services and Solutions. In this new role, Blau will lead the firm’s Healthcare Practice in delivering best-in-class leaders to clients across the globe.
Blau has over 25 years of experience recruiting C-Level and other senior executive leaders across the healthcare industry, including roles in physician and nurse leadership, finance, operations, information technology, and regulatory affairs and compliance. His clients include health systems, academic medical centers, managed care plans, and healthcare start-ups.

Prior to joining DHR, Blau co-founded and co-led Westmont Search for 16 years. Westmont, a boutique search firm focused on healthcare executive search, became part of DHR Global in 2022. Previously, Blau led a healthcare information technology consulting firm for seven years.
