With over 25 years of experience recruiting C-Level and other senior executive leaders across the healthcare industry, including roles in physician and nurse leadership, finance, operations, information technology, and regulatory affairs and compliance. His clients include health systems, academic medical centers, managed care plans, and healthcare start-ups. He successfully recruits executive leaders for roles across the healthcare industry, including finance, operations, information technology and management.
Using high-touch, relationship-based approach, Peter’s clients rely on him to help them across a range of talent needs, from recruiting new executive and emerging leadership to developing high-potential executives. Prior to joining DHR, Peter co-founded Westmont Search, a boutique search firm focused on healthcare executive search. Westmont became part of DHR Global in 2022. Previously, Peter led a healthcare information technology consulting firm for seven years.
With experience in diverse fields including healthcare, consumer products, energy, and technology, Peter quickly understands his clients’ unique business needs and unique environments.
